Such a perfect phrase.  

When spoken, it is a shared emotion between two souls.

It is a deep appreciation for each other.

When we give thanks, we recognize each others soul with grace for that moment or shared moments....

Being greatful is a gift of life.

Greatfullness means happiness multiplied by gratitude.

To be full of greatness indeed!!!!!

Because we are all great in our own awesome, unique and beautiful way.

So the phrase "Thank You", is quite possibly the best compliment I could ever hope to give or receive.

With those two simple words I am saying "I Love Everything About You".

You helped me to see...

My Thank You Book is full of everything in my life that I have felt Gratefulness for and still I am very grateful for today.

Every moment before now has brought me to where I am.

So Thank You to every-one moment that I could share with myself or others.

You have given me the opportunity to realize that I love everything about my "Self" and my "Life".

Which in fact means every single person and every single experience....

Thankyou...

I love my life...

Be greatful....

Be thankful....

Be love....

For the most powerful and indeed the most greatful of all emotions is Love.

Thank You....

I Love You....

Discovering that something is not as advertised is never a nice experience.

There are certain instances where we just accept that it's an advertisement and really pass no remarks....

Take the above image of handwash for example!!

We don't actually believe that this bottle of chemicals is of high purity from the hills of Iceland!?!

Or do we????

Through my own experience, I have found that we do sometimes believe what we are seeing because it is masked as something else.

Mutton dressed as lamb it may seem.....

But the painful truth is, if we turn the bottle around and look beyond the picture, the reality is there in plain view....

In this case it is as a list of ingredients....

So why do we choose sometimes to ignore the truth and believe the picture???

I for one have learned my lesson from a recent trusted group....

Let's take this as a metaphor and apply it to every part of our lives....

Because the real truth is.... We are actually choosing to ignore reality!!!

Look beyond the advertisement....

Look around the sales person....

Look through the promises....

Find the truth....

It's there for all to see!!!

Just have a look!!!!

Where is your level of fear?

Can you turn up the heat on your life?

Are you capable of selecting a higher setting on your dial of experience?

Fear  is a great motivator, a catalyst for change.

That feeling of adrenaline coursing through your body, just before you step into that "Fear Zone"....

It reminds us that we are alive! Life is more than a 9 to 5, or the school run, or any of the day to day stuff for that matter.

Everyone who walks the earth has fear.

That person who lives on their own and shuts out the world.

That famous millionaire who has the world at their feet.

What's the difference between these two examples?....

NOTHING!!!!

They are both people, with eyes to see an opportunity, a mouth to talk to that person who may lead them down a life changing path, and a heart to love every minute of it.

So what's the difference now???

The only difference between these two examples is choice.....

Choosing to hide from their fears or choosing to push through them and feel the experience.

When I feel fear, I see an opportunity to grow. I ask myself how do I overcome this? Where did it come from?

Though it is more often than not, widely acceptable to hide from our fears.

But what are we afraid of?

Life???

Maybe?!?!

Fear of failing???

Probably!?!

But what about the moment?

What about the experience?

Win, loose or draw, we will always have the experience.....

So I choose experience.....

WITH Fear!!!!!

I choose to Feel!!!

I choose to Live!!!

Who knows What's AROUND the Corner?

I don't!?!.  

This may be my last post, but it may be my first today and the one that changes the world!!!

It may not!!!

Who knows!!!

Stop thinking and start doing....

Choose LIFE!!!

And so, the new beginning!

It is common to hear the phrase "time flies when you're having fun". Although would it not be more apt to say that "time flies when we're detached from our own true reality".  

In that thought, we could detach at either end of the spectrum, and thus misplace many hours, days, weeks, months or years indeed, enveloped in times of extreme happiness or sadness.

I have spent many years on both ends of this spectrum, only momentarily experiencing the true feelings wrapped in each moment.

Although....

We can all recall a moment or moments in time where joy was at its peak, and yet time seemed to stand still.....

It is times like these, where we are truly present, in the moment, alive, together.

So I leave this post with a thought......

Live..... breathe..... feel..... Glorify each moment with your "presence", and who knows, we may actually LIVE..... FOREVER.....

The FlagMan Is one
Who says little at all,
Until the time comes
To record a fall.

The days are long
But time is short lived,
For his moment of reign
Is just over the bridge.

He stands and absorbs
All the information,
Until the Powers That Be
Send their notification.

Victorious is a word
often used by fighters,
When they've defeated their opponent,
And they've fought fierce and righteous.
